Co-founder of SolutionsIQ in India on becoming an Agile Coach

Sometimes, it can be hard to find a job where you understand your leader and your leader understands you. I had the opportunity to meet with Vibhu Srinivasan, a very humble and accomplished person. He is the co-founder of SolutionsIQ in India. I had asked him a few questions about what kind of people they are looking for, as I know there are a lot of folks in India who might be helped by this information. No, I am not being paid for this. Just trying to help out the people I know and those I don’t know.

Agile Coaches who understand the level of balance needed between being pragmatic and dogmatic, are the ones who are most successful in organizations that take on the transformation endeavor. Organizations have to also have an open mind to try new processes and provide the coach with enough empowerment to instill changes that will last. It also needs to ensure there is the right kind of culture or, as Peter Drucker would say, the culture will eat the strategy for breakfast.

Vibhu seems like the kind of person who will listen to the people he works with and in turn would expect the people who he works with to listen to others, creating a very collaborative community. Watch the video to understand how Vibhu explains what kinds of people they are looking to grow with.
